•International orders will be delivered within 3 business days via express shipping.

•Items purchased from RAGIBESA may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged items must be unused and have their original tags attached.

•Products that are found to be used or with removed tags cannot be accepted for return.

•Please include a written note inside your return package stating your full name, reason for return, and return request.

•If you believe your parcel may have been damaged during shipping, please open and inspect it in the presence of the courier. Should you notice any damage, request a damage report from the courier and do not accept the delivery. Once the product has been received, the courier is deemed to have fulfilled its responsibility. Used or damaged items cannot be returned. The customer is obliged to return the product in its original condition and compensate for any loss in commercial value resulting from use.

•For international orders, customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, and compensatory charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered within the return process. The customer accepts these conditions upon purchase.
