DELIVERY & RETURNS

•Your orders will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

•International orders will be delivered within 3 business days via express shipping.

•You may return or exchange items purchased from RAGIBESA within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned or exchanged items must be unused and with original tags attached.

•Items that are found to be used or with removed tags cannot be accepted for return.

•Please enclose a written note with your full name, reason for return, and return request inside your return package.

•For packages that may appear damaged during shipment, please open and check them in the presence of the courier. If you detect any damage, request a damage report from the courier and do not accept the delivery. Once the product is received, it is considered that the courier has fulfilled its responsibility. Used or damaged products cannot be returned. The customer is obliged to return the product in its original condition and to compensate for any loss in commercial value resulting from use.

•For international orders, customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, and compensatory charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the return process. The customer accepts these conditions upon placing the order.
